Trace Henningsen, founder and owner of Henningsen & Co., has accrued more than a decade of experience in the beauty industry. As a hairstylist, bespoke-accessories creator, and style expert, her luxury beauty business addresses everyday hair challenges for the modern woman. Trace is currently the ambassador for Leonor Greyl, as well as a member of Cosmetic Executive Women. .

A longtime lover of fashion, beauty, and all things style, Trace began her career working as a bicoastal hairstylist in luxury salons, including Barneys NY, The Plaza hotel, Sally Hershberger, Warren & Tricomi, and Ramirez Tran. She soon found herself working in London and Paris in Couture Runway working alongside designers such as Celine, Rodarte, Dior.

She was selected by Mastered, an exclusive arts program in London, where she studied along Guido Palau, focusing on her aesthetic and exploring where true inspiration lies within an artist. Shortly after, Trace released her first ready-to-wear accessory, The Bardot bow, which signifies strength in femininity.

Trace originally began working on accessories as a way to complement her signature styles for her celebrity, red carpet, and bridal clientele. Now, through her newly established luxury-brand company, Trace is able to share her creations with a much wider audience, with each piece handcrafted with elegance, style, and versatility in mind. 

With her experience as a stylist, a collaborator, and a creator, Trace offers unique insights into the current beauty market. She excels at forecasting trends, modernizing brands, and generating ideas for creative editorial projects.
